Statistics presented by Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) indicates that Iranian carmakers have produced more than 36 thousand bi-fuel cars in the first three months of the year, 69 percent of which have been developed by IKCO.
The very same report states that Iran's biggest carmaker aims to produce 300 thousand bi-fuel cars by the yearend.
Localizing bi-fuel cars production technology, IKCO leads Iranian local market for such cars.
